Shortbread Lofts

Shortbread Lofts provides opportunities for activity and affordable student housing on a previously underutilized section of Rosemary Street in Chapel Hill. This seven-story concrete and steel building was crafted to take student living to the next level and capture the spirit of the community within the changing scale of Chapel Hill’s downtown district. 

The building houses 85 for-rent fully furnished two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments and more than 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Residents will have access to a variety of different amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, private and group study lounges, clubhouse, rooftop terrace and running track, and on-site tenant parking.
