Haywood Park Hotel

Located in the historic Bon Marche department store building, the Haywood Park Hotel offers guests a boutique hotel experience in downtown Asheville. MHAworks was hired to expand the hotel by renovating the three upper floors of the Starnes Building next door. Originally home to multiple offices, the 15,963-square-foot hotel addition includes 15 new, luxurious hotel rooms and a new water curtain that separates the atrium from the hotel space.
