Four Points Hotel and Mixed-Use Development

Asheville, NC

MHAworks is currently in design of a renovation and addition to the Four Points Hotel site in downtown Asheville, which will be the largest development project in the City’s history.

The existing Four Points Hotel is home to 150 hotel rooms and support spaces, but will be increased by up to eight rooms and will undergo an extensive façade modernization.

The 393,000 SF addition will include 116 residential for-sale and rental units with at least 10 designated affordable housing units, 49 extended-stay hotel suites, nearly 8,000 SF of commercial space, a green roof, and art installation along the blank walls on Central Avenue. These new mixed-use spaces will bring full-time activity to the site and will support the growth of pedestrian-oriented development along Woodfin Street and Central Avenue.

Residences will be one, two, or three-bedroom units, ranging from 800-1,600 SF that are accessible through private entry and include private balconies. Other features include a private owners’ clubhouse and terrace as well as a multi-level underground parking structure for residents and visitors.
