MHAworks Welcomes Caleb Knott

February 14th, 2018

MHAworks Greenville welcomes a new draftsman in Caleb Knott, a recent graduate of Pitt Community College, where he earned his Associates of Applied Science in Architectual Technology. However, Caleb is no novice in the worlds of architecture, engineering and construction administration. Prior to attending Pitt Community College, Caleb worked as an assistant electrician at Díaz Montero Eléctrica in Spain. After relocating to Greenville, NC and earning his degree, Caleb further developed his construction industry knowledge by working for a time as an assistant project manager, independent contractor, and draftsman.

Born and raised in Spain, Caleb has been bilingual since childhood. He has always exhibited a passion for design, and hopes to use this passion to better his community through remodeling deteriorating structures and creating new spaces for a variety of different uses. His primary responsibilities with MHAworks will be to assist the project architects in creating effective renderings of spaces to illustrate a variety of design options to clients, using the latest technology and architectural rendering software, and to facilitate smooth communication between the project managers and clients.

When he’s not figuring out creative ways to repurpose a space, Caleb enjoys drawing, photography and sports. He is an avid basketball player, loves European soccer, and plays several instruments. He also spends much of his free time playing with his German Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix, Jango.
