MHAworks Kicks Off Construction of The Landings in Downtown Asheville

Seated along French Broad River with a serene view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, The Landings, a 40-unit condominium with standard, premium, and luxury packages, has begun construction and is expected to be move-in ready in October 2021.
Located at 68 Craven Street in the River Arts District across from New Belgium Brewing, The Landings offers residents one and two-bedroom homes ranging from 550 to 1,500 square feet. Each unit is designed with open layouts and amplifies the river-front experience with an outdoor space in each unit.
Hardy World, the private equity real estate development firm behind this project, selected Asheville because of its vibrant “live, work, play” culture and its perfect combination of urban living and picturesque natural surroundings.
MHAworks, an architecture and interior design firm in Asheville, was chosen to lead the design for this project along with Sims Group Consulting Engineers, Civil Design Concepts, and Medlock & Associates Engineering while Martik Brothers, the project’s general contractor, was asked to bring The Landings to life.
