Office Manager

Carole is in charge of coordinating and overseeing a number of the business operations.   A few of her responsibilities are handling IT trouble shooting, preparing & distributing state project documents, updating the code library and managing the archive library.  Carole joined the firm in 2007 to work in a small capacity, but her extensive finance background and master’s degree in business management have made her a valuable asset to MHAworks in day-to-day office operations.  When Carole is not in the office she loves spending time with her grandchildren.  She and her husband also enjoy traveling, attending sporting events, preparing their retirement home on Kerr Lake, and boating with family and friends.
